Not sure if you are reading your blog but here goes. "Worthless" let's see you take YOUR vacation to go help people. You beg for money so that you can HELP OTHERS. And you wonder why God sent you???? What does Jesus tell us to do?

And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones because he is my disciple, I tell you the truth, he will certainly not lose his reward."

I tell you the truth, anyone who gives you a cup of water in my name because you belong to Christ will certainly not lose his reward.
"Cup of water" Bob if all you did was go there and hand out water and say prayers for those who live there as well as those who venture there to try and help. You ARE doing the Lord's work and you are THERE to do His work.
Just because you can not swing the Axe or always shovel the dirt does not mean that you aren't there for the Lord. There are those who GO and those who PRAY both have equal rewards.
Do not lose faith because you only moved ONE tree. That's one that the Lord wanted you to move and no one else.
