An analyst at Microsoft has investigated this problem and determined that an unknown error occurred in VERITAS Backup Exec™ for Windows Servers. This software was created by VERITAS® Software Corporation. (from Microsoft Online Crash Analysis)

I can not tell you how glad I am that we have amazing analysts working hard over at Microsoft to lead us and guide us to the solutions to our problems. You have to give alot of credit for the research on this one.
